I went last night and the girl working there was so nice! she did not get impatient even though it took me a while to make a choice, and there was great music playing. last but not least... the cinnamon roll was SO tasty! (and vegan 🙂) I got one with apples, pecans, caramel frosting, and a kind of struesel topping.
I love cinnamon rolls and I was so excited to have a custom cinnamon roll but I was slightly disappointed. Don't get me wrong, the toppings on the cinnamon roll were good but the cinnamon roll itself was subpar. It just tasted like dough rather than a cinnamon roll. My cinnamon roll was also not warm and I asked if I could have it warmed more and they said they don't take them back after they give them to the customer. Everyone in my group wanted theirs to be warmed a little more but was rejected. Other than that, the workers that day were really nice and friendly and gave good insight when we had questions. Would I get another cinnamon from there? Most likely not, I've had basic cinnamon rolls that tasted better but it was a good experience. If you look at my review history, I'm not one to give bad reviews but I couldn't help it.
I was super happy with this place! Large variety of toppings and nice base. The cake batter topping was a bit too sweet and fruity, but otherwise, the dessert was perfect. Quantity is good for two, and even three people who are light dessert eaters.
